About Me

I have enjoyed the privilege of serving State Farm policyholders in the Kirkwood, Des Peres, and Town and Country areas since 1992.

Prior to opening my Agency, after an 11 year career in commercial banking, I was struck with the shortcomings of the product driven process typically used to market insurance. Each time I had purchased insurance, I was simply presented with a policy and asked to buy it.

From day one, I have tried to make my team unique, offering the needs based marketing approach adopted during my banking career, with the goal of building relationships. Through this consultative process, my team takes the time to understand our customer’s needs. We then clearly present them with options allowing them to choose coverage to help ensure their needs are met. Over the years, supporting our customers in making informed decisions has resulted in thousands of policyholder’s putting their confidence in State Farm and my team while feeling secure that their insurance coverage would allow them to recover should the unexpected happen.

Much has changed in meeting my customer's auto insurance and homeowner's insurance needs since my Agency opened its doors. Face to face meetings and phone calls have been supplemented with emails and texts offering greater convenience for our policyholders. But one thing remains constant; my team’s commitment to meeting our customer's insurance needs in the most cost effective manner possible.

As part of a company that values one-stop, person to person service Sahila gives her very all to listen, identify and anticipate each and every customer’s needs. She is licensed in Missouri and looks forward to exceeding your expectations. In her free time, Sahila plays for a local all-women’s ice hockey team and the entire Brandt family spends more time at local rinks than at home.

A lifelong native of St. Louis, Alex graduated from CBC High School, attended The University of Missouri, and then served in the Army National Guard. In his marketing role, Alex provides an alternative to self-service on the internet that will support you in making informed decisions to help ensure your needs are met. Through a personalized consultative process Alex clearly present options with the goal of building relationships, resulting in customers that feel secure that their insurance coverage will help them to recover when the unexpected occurs. Along with the rest of the team, he then provides the ongoing resources to ensure your insurance needs are met both today and in the future.
